These mid-century slag pots come from France and are made of lava stone. Slag pots are used to collect molten slag (the material separated from metal during refinement) from a furnace during smelting. Incredibly strong and durable, we recommend these as unique outdoor planters. Available in two sizes, both with spouts. In good condition with wear that is consistent with their age and use.
