David Cressey (1916-2013) was a California artist and potter. This stoneware planter was hand-crafted in the 1960s while Cressey was artist-in-residency with Architectural Pottery in Los Angeles and is part of their ProArtisan Studio Collection. It features a beautiful specked glaze, and its dimensions are 8.5 inches high and 14 inches in diameter. Stoneware is strong and durable, so this is suitable for use indoors or outdoors. In excellent condition with some wear consistent with age and use. Available for global shipping.
